Peifei Zhang

Peifei Zhang is the firm's HR, Accounting and Regulatory Specialist. A graduate of Shanghai Television University in accounting and human resources management, she has over 30 years of experience across finance, accounting, human resources and regulatory matters, including work with Chinese tax authorities, provincial labour commissions and multinational enterprises. Before joining the firm, Ms. Zhang was Chief Finance and HR Consultant and Specialist for bwin Management and Consulting Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vienna-based bwin Interactive Entertainment Co., whose principal business was online gaming. Prior to that she was HR and Office Manager for Win Win Gaming Ltd. in Shanghai, where she was responsible for accounting, human resources management and controller functions, and oversaw a large team of employees, consultants and outside vendors. Ms. Zhang has handled the establishment of hundreds of wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) for companies headquartered around the world, including the United States, Australia, Canada, and countries across South America and Europe such as Germany, France, Italy and Sweden. Her local knowledge and established relationships with local agents, tax inspectors, labour commissioners and government agencies are a significant asset to clients navigating Chinese regulatory requirements.
