Pablo Deng

Pablo Deng is an Associate at IPO Pang Shenjun, practising in general corporate law, civil and commercial dispute resolution, labour law and intellectual property law. He graduated from China Foreign Affairs University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in international law, and holds a legal professional qualification certificate. Before joining the firm, Mr. Deng worked as an attorney's assistant at a well-known intellectual property law firm in Beijing. There he supported senior lawyers on intellectual property infringement disputes, authorisation and confirmation disputes, online infringement complaints, and intellectual property transfer and licensing matters for prominent enterprises in China and abroad. During that period he worked directly with foreign clients and helped move administrative litigation cases forward to protect their intellectual property rights.
